You've purchased your product online (after June 1999) and you've lost your product or cannot upgrade online. Use this form to request a new download link to get the latest version of your product.

If you're a registered user (therefore have an account), we strongly recommend to download your product from the Customer Account menu. Log to your account here and choose the "Download a Product" option. For more information click here.

This method is not bulletproof since it performs a sequential search in the database using criteria you specify (order#, name and email required). Additionally, it works for DigiBuy orders placed after June 1999 only.

This order number has been provided to you by DigiBuy or SWREG in your confirmation page and email (number beginning with 'RE' or 'U').

Your Name
Enter the name you've specified when you purchased the product (exactly as specified in your confirmation email).

Your Actual Email

Specify the email where you want to receive your download link. Specify an actual functional email, not necessary the email you used to purchase.

Remark: The link will be automatically sent to this email by our server. This kind of automated email may be treated as SPAM by your ISP (AOL for example). If your request has been accepted but you do not receive your link in minutes, try with different emails (using different ISPs).
