Customer Service from the ApplicationOnline Customer Service on Internet
The customer services are available to registered Axialis customers only. Once you've purchased an Axialis product we strongly recommend you to register online using either the feature included in the program or using the online form.
Accessing
Customer Service from the Application
1. Launch the application.
2. Select Help/Customer Area.
3. The built-in Browser opens displaying the customer service page.
IMPORTANT: The application will access the Internet.
This may result in an alert message from your firewall
program (if any installed). You can configure your firewall to authorize
the application to access to Internet. Axialis
applications DO NEVER access the Internet without informing you.
Also, our applications do not (and will never) contain spyware
or malicious code.
