Axialis programs icons

How do I make an icon the same as the icons used for the Axialis programs?

Unfortunately that is not what I was looking for.

I'd like to know how to create the program icons that gets put onto the desktop when you install the programs. The green icon with the monitor that the screen saver program has and the blue icon that has the "I" text that Icon Workshop has. I just need to know how to do the background and not the monitor or text that is used.

Can someone please help me.
